Rio Development Company

Rio Development is the developer for the Mercado District of Menlo Park, a mixed use development project, the first in the over one billion dollar (projected) Rio Nuevo Project in the oldest part of Tucson. The project is a significant contribution to Tucson’s goal of bringing two thousand additional residential units into downtown as a part of the revitalization. The project consists of approximately 100 single family homes, 160 condominium and loft apartments which will be incorporated into mixed-use buildings along the project’s main street the Avenida del Convento.

Gitenstein & Assadi Public Relations was retained in October 2004 to handle the development’s regional and national media.
